Fritz & Friends guests of @CUSoccer on Saturday

CEDARVILLE, Ohio - It will be much more than just a game when the Yellow Jackets take on California PA in men's soccer on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. EDT.

It's 'Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Night' with the Jackets hosting Bryant and Sarah Krieger along with their four children.

In February of 2017, the Kriegers youngest son, Fritz, now 3 years old, was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

The fatal disease is a genetic disorder that affects mostly boys with the muscles becoming weaker with each passing day.

Boys typically don't survive their mid-20's and there is no cure.

The CU Men's Soccer team will be raising money and support for Fritz & Friends and all of those affected by the disease.
